This warm and light-filled studio is approximately 750 square-feet with an alcove for sleeping (option to create partition with blackout curtains), comfortable and clean furniture, including a full-sized bed, work desk, couch, and a small café-style dining area. There are 2 closets, a fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with shower, radiant heat + propane stove, and a washer/dryer unit.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Town is just 6 minutes by car. Taos Ski Valley, Sipapu and Angel Fire are under 45 minutes away. Great hiking trails nearby, as well as a gym and wellness studios.

Tenants (2 max.) must be clean, respectful and prioritize harmony in life. No smoking in house. Calm dog who is friendly with people and other pets considered upon request with a pet fee.

Available July 1, 2025. Three month minimum preferred to start. Possibility to extend.

Cost: $1500/month. Includes utilities (water, electric, heat, waste management) and high speed internet.
