The house is 3000+ ft2 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room for rent is ~200+ ft2, with a large closet and a private bath. Guest room and bathroom have gorgeous views of Taos Mountain. Room is furnished with a double bed, premium mattress, nice linens, side tables, lamps, armchair and a dresser.

House has a fully-equipped open kitchen, open living and dining space and a functional kiva (fireplace). Also, laundry room, covered carport and beautiful outside spaces. There is an enclosed courtyard, so a small to medium sized dog who is friendly with people and pets could be ok.

I am a multi-hyphenate, work mostly from home and love to be outdoors. I have a small, sweet deaf fur baby. I travel quite a bit, so there is always a chance you’ll have the place to yourself. To share this space, you must be clean, respectful and prioritize harmony in life. No smoking in house.

Rates for room: $475/week or $75/night with a 4 night min. Monthly possible based on availability.
